Hello, Past-and-Future Friends!

For those of you who remember what the Burner Hostel WAS, back in it's Glorious Heyday, we now have no choice but to re-invent it, to keep from inflaming some of my neighbors and thus incurring any unnecessary, unwarranted but lobbied restrictions by local authorities.

A scant FEW people on my street seem to lack the sense of humor, and WONDER, to view the annual infux of hundreds of creative and talented people, from all over the country and from all around the world, as something BEAUTIFUL, instead of a two-week-long annoyance in their otherwise BORING and provincial lives.

Too bad for them, I say!

I have more FRIENDS, in my little finger, than ALL of them have, put together, and for that, they should be JEALOUS!

Maybe they ARE, and that's the true reason for their hostility...


Regardless, from now on, we must think of the 1350 Breaker Wayl as the local HEADQUARTERS of our Theme Camp, where all the initial planning and preparation can be done by a LIMITED number of highly involved participants,  and sadly NOT as a "hostel"....
